Today I tried this recipe of something called Spaghetti-brot. It’s kind of Spaghetti bolognese baked into a pizza.  It was easy to do, was tasty and needed less than I thought to be full. I served this togehter with a feta mix with 75g feta, one minced clove of garlic, salt pepper, 1,5dl creme fraiche.

300g Miced meat (I used mix of minced beef and pork)
1 chopped yellow onion
1 minced clove of garlic
1tbsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper
1 roll of Pizza dough
500g crushed tomatoes (If you buy pizza kit, then you can use the sauce that you get there + 250g crushed tomatoes)
150g diced cheese
1 egg
30g Parmesan

Oven heat 160 degrees Celsius

Look at the video below to see how to do it. I finished it with some more oregano on top before I loaded it into the oven.

Beef Stroganoff Béarnaise

Beef Stroganoff Béarnaise

Biff Stroganoff Béarnaise , Recipe

4 portions.

Beef mixture
500 g Boneless beef outside
1 pcs yellow onion
1 pcs clove of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
2 pcs meat stock cube (Knorr)
2 dl creme fraiche with flavor of béarnaise (Ica brand if you live in Sweden)
Salt pepper, butter for frying
1tbsp Soja

Feta mix:
75g Feta
1 tbsp Oliveoil
1dl Yoghurt
1pcs of garlic cube

How to do it:

Cook rice according to the package parallel to making the Beef Stroganoff.

Cut the onion and garlic to small pices. cut the meat in staves, I think I had about 10x10x80 mm. It’s not that picky. If you have flat meat just cut it in 10-15mm lines and cut off every 40-50mm.

Fry onion and garlic in butter, then put it in a saucepan. Fry the meat and put that also in the saucepan.
Add salt pepper, meat broth and creme fraise and let cook on low heat in about 5 minutes.

Crush the Feta with a fork and mix it all together.

Serve with some fresh vegetables

Enjoy the recipe!

Color Changing Milk – Experiment

Color Changing Milk – Experiment

Fun and harmless experiment that children loves.

A plate, Dish soap, Food coloring, A small container, Cotton buds and Milk

Pour milk on the plate then add the prefered colors. Fill up a small container with dish soap and dip a cotton bud in the dish soap. Now you can dip the cotton bud in the milk and get colorful effects. You can also drip washing soap straight into the milk and get it even more effectful.

Flying tea bag rocket – Experiment

Flying tea bag rocket – Experiment

Flying tea bag rocket – Experiment

This experiment should only be done under supervision of an adult!

A pair of scissors
Tea bag
Fire resistant surface

Take out the teabag and remove the string. Cut the both ends open and remove the tea inside. Form both ends like tubes and place it vertical at the fire resistant surface. Light the tea bag and wait for it to fly.

The heated air inside the tube causes the ash that is very light to rise up in the air since hot air is lighter than cold air. Well that’s the short explanation anyway. Discuss it more in the comments.

Imploding soda cans – The experiment

Imploding soda cans – The experiment

New video where I show the experiment “Imploding soda can”

Imploding soda cans – Experiment

This experiment should only be done by adults!

Bowl with cold water
Cooking tongs
Aluminium soda can
Hot plate

Prepare the cold water. Add a little bit of water in the can. Put it on the hot plate. When it’s boiling, use the cooking tongs to flip over the can with the opening into the cold water. Now the can will implode and left is the crushed soda can. Remember to be careful.

When boiling water in the aluminum can the air inside will be replaced with vapor. When the vapor gets in contact with cold water it will quickly transform into water, and this creates a vacuum that causes the can to crush.

Youtube videos

Long break from the blog. I hope I can keep it up better this time. I’ve started to make Youtube videos and did publish my first one yesterday. This one is a reverse video. I think that videos playing reversed adds a fashinating supernatural touch.
