Beef Stroganoff Béarnaise

Biff Stroganoff Béarnaise , Recipe

4 portions.

Beef mixture
500 g Boneless beef outside
1 pcs yellow onion
1 pcs clove of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
2 pcs meat stock cube (Knorr)
2 dl creme fraiche with flavor of béarnaise (Ica brand if you live in Sweden)
Salt pepper, butter for frying
1tbsp Soja

Rice

Feta mix:
75g Feta
1 tbsp Oliveoil
1dl Yoghurt
1pcs of garlic cube
Salt+pepper

How to do it:

Cook rice according to the package parallel to making the Beef Stroganoff.

Cut the onion and garlic to small pices. cut the meat in staves, I think I had about 10x10x80 mm. It’s not that picky. If you have flat meat just cut it in 10-15mm lines and cut off every 40-50mm.

Fry onion and garlic in butter, then put it in a saucepan. Fry the meat and put that also in the saucepan.
Add salt pepper, meat broth and creme fraise and let cook on low heat in about 5 minutes.

Crush the Feta with a fork and mix it all together.

Serve with some fresh vegetables
