Swedish Chocolate balls

100g butter
1dl sugar
1tbsp vanilla sugar
3tbsp Cacao
3dl Rolled oats
3tbsp coffee
Pearl sugar (coconut flakes or sprinkles works also)

How to do it:
Melt the butter
Put togrether sugar, Vanila sugar, Cacao, Rolled oats, Espresso and the butter. Put in the fridge for 1,5 hour or more.
Roll balls of it and then roll it in the pearl sugar (or what you might have used instead).  Enjoy!
