Today I tried this recipe of something called Spaghetti-brot. It’s kind of Spaghetti bolognese baked into a pizza.  It was easy to do, was tasty and needed less than I thought to be full. I served this togehter with a feta mix with 75g feta, one minced clove of garlic, salt pepper, 1,5dl creme fraiche.

300g Miced meat (I used mix of minced beef and pork)
1 chopped yellow onion
1 minced clove of garlic
1tbsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper
1 roll of Pizza dough
500g crushed tomatoes (If you buy pizza kit, then you can use the sauce that you get there + 250g crushed tomatoes)
150g diced cheese
1 egg
30g Parmesan

Oven heat 160 degrees Celsius
