I like some muesli in the yoghurt. I find this recipe very tasty and fits me perfectly.
4 dl rolled oats
1dl coconut flakes
1/2dl sunflower seeds
1tbsp hot water
1/2dl flaxseeds
1/2 of each: almond, cobnuts and walnut (crushed)
1dl honey
Mix
In oven:
175 degrees, 15-20 min. Stir a few times
Done
